REGISTRATION FEES:

ONE FEE PER FAMILY: It does not matter the number of children in your family.

The cost is determined by the oldest Student enrolled in ACAEC.

EXAMPLE: (Family has Three children... 3rd, 6th, & 10th graders. The Family only pays one fee of $275.00).

Enrolled Grades 1st- 7th...The Family Tuition is: FULL YEAR... $200.00
Enrolled Grades 8th -11th...The Family Tuition is: FULL YEAR... $275.00
Enrolled Graduating 12th...The Family Tuition is: FULL YEAR... $325.00

ACAEC PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING:

ACAEC Family cover under, "PRIVATE SCHOOL AFFIDAVIT".
8th and 12th grade Graduation Ceremonies (12th graders in Cap & Gown, Ceremony Held in Santa Rosa, Redding or Sacramento).
12th grade, High School Diploma
8th grade Diploma

High School Report Card (9-12)
JR. High Report Card (7-8)
Elementary Report Card or Progress Report (1st-6)
Attendance Record form
Student Identification Card
Field Trips (Optional, once a month)
Drivers Ed & Training (ACA provides this Curriculum & DMV forms)

PSAT testing (Taken in October, in Santa Rosa, Calif.)

High School Transcript (Provided for student entering College/ University)
Concurrent Enrollment Application (Signed by ACAEC Staff for students to enroll in classes at a local Junior College. Classes count as extra credit on ACAEC Report Card).
Curriculum Counseling ("Curriculum information") Parent chooses curriculum that is best for your child, that's the freedom with ACAEC,...you get to pick what is best for your child, not the government).
Quarterly Support Group Meetings (4 per year, held in Santa Rosa)
Seminar on Providential View of History (Free to ACAEC members, once a year, local Seminar held in Santa Rosa once a year)

ACAEC News letter once a month with fun projects for kids to do and win prizes. The child who win's has their poem, story or drawing posted in the next news letter for all to see.

ACAEC MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS:

Immunization (Health form) or Signed Waiver: (Only need for those entering (1st grade or first time in school).
Parent attend 3 Meetings: There is 4 meetings per year, "One per quarter". Held locally in Santa Rosa. (Child Care provided at each meeting).
Keep a Daily Journal (Student Record of daily lessons taught each day).
Turn in JUNE 15th (end of school year) Student Semester grades: (Report card or Progress Report for each Student 1st - 12th grade).
Turn in JUNE 15th... Annual Attendance record, (1st - 12th grade).

TO ENROLL: REGISTER with Local ACAEC COORDINATOR and complete the REGISTRATION PACKET;

Which contain the following forms:

Registration Form (Names, grade, address)
Parent Contract (Comply with ACAEC rules)
Statement of Faith (Bible)
Parent Training (Optional)
Course of Study (Curriculum you will use that year for your child)
Philosophy of Education (Give brief reasons choosing to Home-School your child)

"INFORMATION About ACAEC"

ACAEC... American Christian Academy Extension Campus Operates in over 14 Counties throughout Northern California. The ACAEC main Campus is located in Anderson California. ACAEC has a local Coordinator for each County, who takes care of families enrolled with ACA. Student's confidential CUM files are preserved in the main office in Anderson. ACAEC is an Independent Study Program (ISP) under the supervision of Mr. James B. Rose, who is also President of the American Christian History Institute www.achipa.com and who also offers training in teaching and learning the Providential view of History and the Biblical principles of self and civil government advanced by America's Founding Fathers and embraced by most Americans of that time.

The American Christian Academy program has been in existence since the early 1980's, originating under North STATE Schools and continuing under American Christian Academy since 1989. ACAEC is non-denominational, not affiliated with any church, but is deliberately and explicitly Biblical. ACA's SONOMA/MARIN Counties quarterly meetings are held at a non-denominational Christian Church in Santa Rosa. ACAEC is governed by a five to seven member Board of Directors who are Christian businessmen and members of local churches in Shasta County. ACAEC offers FREE Educational Seminars by Mr. James Rose or his Representatives, each year.

Independent Study Programs such as ACAEC are not eligible for accreditation by those agencies which accredit public high-schools and colleges. ACA is an independent study program, so is not accredited. Therefore, Graduating Students must take the SAT or ACT to apply for Cal-Grants or other avenues of funding to receive financial aid for entering the College or University of their choice. The SAT or ACT are NOT REQUIRED to enroll in a local Junior College. Santa Rosa Jr. College excepts ACAEC Diploma's and Transcripts with no problems.
